Challenge:
Transforming an empty lot into a revenue-generating asset swiftly.
Our clients, Ken Lyon and Wynwood Yard, found themselves with a limited window of opportunity at their location. Despite having garnered significant momentum and a devoted customer following, they were faced with the challenge of maximizing revenue within the remaining lease period. Additionally, they aimed to elevate their brand status as an innovator, trendsetter, and sustainable business model.
Solution:
In collaboration with my partner, Andrew Kelly, we delivered an impactful and comprehensive turnkey solution to our client. Our services encompassed every stage, from the conception of the initial design to the final build-out, inclusive of design, merchandising, and sourcing for a captivating full-service restaurant.
Utilizing an innovative building approach and an inviting design aesthetic, we swiftly transformed the empty lot into a vibrant hotspot—a pioneering example of both temporary and permanent placemaking.
